The hotel is overall clean, has views of the sunset over Mt Cootha. The venue is a short walk to a train station. The building is lovely and the rooms are well decorated with kingsize bed, dining table, a nice view.

Got good modern and well-maintained room with PLEASANT views of the sunset over Mt Cootha and an adjoining terrace, a lounge area and a carpet. Marvellous and fantastic location, close to restaurants and casinos. For tea or coffee visit Pancake Manor nearby.

Beds were a bit hard.

We asked for executive apartment and it was top-class and nice little on level 23. The location was great for walking around Queen Street Mall.

Property was great affordable, I loved the stay.

The hotel was immaculately clean and had really friendly staff who responded quickly to our every request. The rooms were impressive and high standard, equipped with a patio and a carpet. The large bathroom was the best.

The room was nicely decorated and the view of the sunset was delightful. Great beds, a balcony, a patio, and a safe were a nice touch. The place had a special atmosphere. The private parking was on-site, very good service. They offered housekeeping service at no cost too. The location turned out to be magnificent, so close to bars, restaurants and cafes and the centre of town, close to cafes, restaurants, shops, the casino, bars and pubs.

Incredible and stunning location, a short walk to Queen Street Mall. Also located a short walk to a train station. Reasonably priced, brand-new room with it's own balcony, a patio, and a lounge area.

Many things to mention - everything was exceptionally clean, great food, exceptional views. The staff was extremely polite, amazingly nice, no complaints whatsoever. The location was amazing, near Victoria Bridge. Pubs and a stadium were also near the hotel. The Irish bar was fantastic.

The service was great and the pool was great. Parking was onsite, fee - usd 26 per day.

Facilities were wonderful, though Wi-Fi was very poor.

Location - marvellous and brilliant not far from the Queen Street Mall, restaurants, cafes, the Botanical gardens and the river, eagle pier, and centre of CBD. Had beautifully maintained room and a very nice stay of 2 nights.

The location of Oaks was absolutely perfect for exploring Brisbane. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-maintained room. The shower was great and provided a refreshing experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfortable accommodations.

Very close to everything in the city fantastic for short stays either couples or for bussiness.

The parking was very confusing with no levels marked, no heated pools just a barely heated spa, the lifts are to slow to arrive (sometimes 15 mins) the foyer is probably the ugliest and plainest I have seen, very uninviting.

Customer service upon arrival was rude and told us to go find our own parking.

Please advertise height of parking not everyone that stays in the city will drive a small car, when we arrived and could not fit we were told basically it’s not their problem and we had to find our own parking. Not helpful at all

The location of Oaks Brisbane Festival Suites is amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a great city view from our room. The private parking was convenient. We enjoyed dining at momo chicken & beer, which was just a short 5-minute walk away. We had an excellent time during our stay.
